- SMOKING
In the interest of comfort and safety , as well as compliance with the low we operate a
"NO SMOKING POLICY" throughout the entire property./This includes E-Cigarettes/.
Should you choose to ignore this policy, you will be asked to leave the premises and will
be charged in full for your entire stay without a refund + additional £100 required for
specialist cleaning to ypur room.
In case of extreme flat fee charge per day next if room can not be used.
- PROPERTY DAMAGE
Normal wear and tear and resonable accidental damage is expected.Unreasonable
damage such as damage from smoking , loss or breakeage of items beyond that
resonable, or need significant re-decoration. Towels are supplied for drying
purposes only and should not be used for makeup or other activities such as
fake tanning.
- RESPECT OTHER GUESTS AND BEHAVIOR STANDARDS
Please be courteous and think of others. Whilst we do not expect silence please keep
loud noise to minimum especially late night.
Any non residencial guests are not allowed to access the rooms upstairs.
NOISY PARTY IN THE ROOM PROHIBITED.
In a situation of extreme violating the curfew , we reserve the right to remove guest from the room without reimbursement fees, along with the associated costs if necessary.
ANY EXTRA CHARGES THAT MIGHT BE REQUIRED FOR LOSS/DAMAGE TO THE PROPERTY,
SMOKING ,UNREGISTERED GUESTS IN ROOMS OR ANY OTHER SUITABLE REASON WILL BE TAKEN FROM
CREDIT/DEBIT CARD PRESENTED DURING THE BOOKING PROCESS.
THE EXTRA CHARGES WILL NOT BE INCLUDED IN THE PRICE OF YOU STAY.
