Booking Terms
Arrival:
Guests are requested to check in no earlier than 1pm and no later than 10pm (unless otherwise arranged)
Departure:
Guests are requested to check out and vacate bedrooms by 11am on the day of departure.
Payment:
Payment of accounts are accepted in cash, cheque with a supporting bankers card, debit or credit card (except American Express). There is an administration fee of £1.50 for credit card payments.
Cancellation policy:
There will be no cancellation charge if a booking is cancelled before 12:00pm mid-day, 1 day before your date of arrival. If the booking is cancelled later, or in the case of a no-show, the first night will be charged.
BEDROOM RATES:
All rates are per room per night and include English breakfast.

Single ensuite £35.00pn
Double/twin ensuite, single occupancy £42.00pn
Family room ensuite £70.00pn
Single standard (not ensuite) £27.00pn
