Booking Terms
Arrival:
Guests are requested to check in no earlier than 1pm and no later than 10pm (unless otherwise arranged)
Departure:
Guests are requested to check out and vacate bedrooms by 11am on the day of departure.
Payment:
Payment of accounts are accepted in cash, Please note there will be a 4% CHARGE FOR PAYMENT MADE BY CREDIT CARD. Cheques not accepted.
Cancellation policy:
No cancellation charge if a booking is cancelled 48 hours before the date of arrival. Where cancellation is made outside of these terms the guest will be charged the full amount for the first night's stay.
Bedroom Rates:
All rates are per room per night and include English breakfast.
Breakfast:
There will be no breakfast served during UK Public holidays of Easter (Apr), Christmas (Dec) & New Year.
Pet Dogs:
We allow small or medium sized pet dogs to a maximum of one dog only at the rate of 5 pounds per night.
We do not allow large and dangerous dogs. German shepherds and rottweilers for example are not allowed.
